The Kansas City Chiefs have signed Quintin Demps.

Demps spent three seasons in Houston after starting his career in Philadelphia. He'll be reunited with his former head coach, Andy Reid, in Kansas City.

Demps played in 23 games in three seasons. In 2011, he had two interceptions and 20 tackles. In 12 games in 2012, he had 21 tackles and a fumble recovery.

Last season, Demps had trouble wiht injuries. For a good portion of the season, he had casts on both arms. He had surgery on his left arm and surgery on his right thumb.

The Texans tried him out as a kick returner in 2011. He had five returns for 169 yards and an average of 33.8. He returned 58 kicks in two years with the Eagles.
