TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) Toledo's Terrance Owens tossed a 20-yard touchdown pass in the second overtime against Navy and Jeremiah Detmer kicked the extra point to give the Rockets a 45-44 victory over Navy.

Owens found Bernard Reedy wide open in the end zone on Toledo's second play of the second overtime, tying it at 44-44.

The winning play came after Navy's Geoffery Whiteside scored on a 9-yard touchdown to give Navy a 44-38 lead. But Nick Sloan missed the extra point.
