J.J. Watt will host a charity softball game in Sugar Land in late April to benefit the Justin J Watt Foundation.

The game will pin the Texans against themselves in an offense vs. defense seven-inning battle.

The game will be held at Constellation Field in Sugar Land on April 27. Tickets for the event go on sale on March 15 at 9 a.m. at the Constellation Field box office and on the Sugar Land Skeeters website.

“The Justin J Watt Foundation encourages children to dream big and work hard,” Watt in a release from the foundation. “We hope to provide the motivation and means to turn those big dreams and hard work into something incredible.”

Watt's foundation provides after-school activities for children, allowing them to become involved in athletics. The foundation began in Wisconsin, Watt's home state, but has now expanded its reach to the Houston area. The softball game will be the foundation's first large event in Texas.

In addition to the game, the event will feature a silent auction with autographed memorabilia and a "special package" to sit in the dugout with Watt during an inning.
