The Seattle Seahawks followed their exceptional defense to a win in Super Bowl XLVIII.

But which team gained the most yards against Seattle in the 2013 season? Which quarterback threw for the most yards against the Seahawks?

(Turn away, Texans fans.)

Yep. The Texans put up 476 yards on the Seahawks in Week 4. And, yep, Matt Schaub threw for 355 yards in that game.

The Texans' 476 yards were by far the most any team put up on the Seahawks in the regular season. The next closest was 350 yards from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

That means Schaub threw for more yards against the Seahawks than any other team gained against them in the 2013 regular season. The Saints had 409 yards against them in the Divisional Round.

If you remember, in that Week 4 game, the Texans were up 20-3 at halftime and were two quarters away from starting the 2013 season with a 3-1 record.

But Schaub's third touchdown pass, which came in the fourth quarter, was their downfall ... he threw it to Richard Sherman. You know the rest of the story. Sherman returned the interception 58 yards for a touchdown to tie the game and the Seahawks won in overtime.

From there, the Seahawks went on to win the Super Bowl and the Texans didn't win again, finishing the season with a 2-14 record, the worst in the NFL.
