Texans to face Cowboys in preseason finale

The Texans preseason schedule has been released and it involves a game against the Cowboys in Dallas.

Thursday the Texans PR staff tweeted out that matchups and locations for the Texans preseason schedule. Houston will open the preseason on the road in Minnesota against the Vikings. Then head home for back-to-back home games against the Dolphins and then the Saints. The preseason will conclude with an in-state game in Dallas against the Cowboys.

The Texans game against the Saints will be broadcast on national television on August 25, at 3 p.m. on FOX.  This will also be the first time the Texans and the Cowboys have played in the preseason since 2010.

The dates and times for the Texans other three preseason games have yet to be determined. The games against the Vikings and Dolphins are both slated for KTRK-TV. The finale against the Cowboys is still TBA in terms of a television network and kickoff time.
