What optimism came out of Thursday became uncertainty on Friday. Case Keenum's status for Sunday is still in doubt.

Wade Phillips announced that the quarterback was limited in Friday practice. On Thursday, Phillips had said if Keenum looked good in practice on Friday, he would be the Texans' starting quarterback on Sunday. Instead, as of Friday, Keenum is a gametime decision.

Phillips did confirm that if Keenum can't go, Matt Schaub would be the starter in his place.

Other injury statuses: Joe Mays was also limited in practice and, like Keenum, will be a gametime decision. Meanwhile, Dennis Johnson did not practice on Friday.
