On Thursday, former Texans linebacker Willie Jefferson was signed to a reserve-future deal by the Buffalo Bills.

That deal came one day after Cierre Wood was signed to a futures deal by the Baltimore Ravens.

Jefferson and Wood were two of the three members of the Texans who were cut for violating team rules at the team hotel in Kansas City in October. The other was third-round draft pick Sam Montgomery, who doesn't currently have a team.

Jefferson and Wood were undrafted free agents who made the team out of training camp.

Jefferson is a long, lanky linebacker who showed some pass rush ability in the summer. After being kicked off the Baylor team, he finished his college career at Stephen F. Austin. He started his collegiate career as a wide receiver.

Wood ran for over 1,100 yards in his junior season at Notre Dame but wasn't drafted.
