Arian Foster and Ben Tate both practiced on Thursday as the team prepares to face the Colts on Sunday night football.
Foster (hamstring) and Tate (ribs) are both working toward playing but the team added three more running backs to the roster on Monday.
“I would say where we’re at in the week, I felt good about what he did today,” head coach Gary Kubiak said about Foster. “We’ll have to see where we’re at tomorrow.”
Tate and Foster were officially limited participants on Thursday. Tate said earlier this week that he plans on playing through four cracked ribs. Kubiak said on Wednesday that both guys will be "end-of-the-week" decisions.
Foster left the last game against Kansas City before the bye early with a hamstring injury but Tate was able to tough it out.
Darryl Sharpton and Wade Smith were also limited participants in practice but both are expected to play.
