Texans starting quarterback Matt Schaub left Sunday's game early with an apparent leg injury.

Fans cheered as Schaub exited the game and backup T.J. Yates entered.

Schaub was injured on a sack from Rams defensive end Chris Long. Yates, on that same drive, threw a 98-yard pick-6 to Alec Ogletree to put the Rams up 38-6. Schaub came into the game having thrown four pick-6s in consecutive games.

Before he left, Schaub was 15-for-21 for 186 yards, no touchdowns or interceptions.
