Tight end Garrett Graham will not travel with the Texans and will be out for Monday night's game against the Patriots.

Graham was listed as questionable with a concussion on Saturday's game status report but the backup tight end didn't pass his final concussion test.

With Graham out, FB/TE James Casey will need to line up at tight end more in two-tight end sets with Owen Daniels.

Graham was in on 16 plays (22 percent) last week against the Titans. He has 25 catches for 243 yards and three touchdowns this season.

Graham joins Brooks Reed and Derek Newton on the shelf. Bradie James and Johnathan Joseph are expected to play.
