Garrett Graham missed practice again on Thursday with a hamstring injury, which leaves the Texans short at the tight end position.

“Well, he hasn’t practiced the last two days, so we’re obviously worried about that,” interim coach Wade Phillips said. “We’re down to two tight ends but only one of them has played.”

If Graham can’t go on Sunday in Indy, that would leave the Texans with Ryan Griffin and Jake Byrne. The last time they were that thin at tight end, they used an extra tackle in certain situations. Phillips said they could do that again Sunday if needed.

Owen Daniels is still on the Injured Reserve with designation to return and hasn’t yet practiced with the team even though he’s eligible to return.

“He’s still not practicing any so I certainly wouldn’t look for him this week,” Phillips said. “I think maybe we’ll shoot for next week but I don’t know for sure.”

Shiloh Keo and Byrne both returned to practice on Thursday after missing Wednesday with flu symptoms.
