As hard as it may be to believe, there were people at the Rangers-Astros game Tuesday night that either weren't aware that Yu Darvish was on the verge of throwing a perfect game, or didn't care.
MLB.com's Alyson Footer came racing up to Minute Maid Park to help with post-game coverage in the ninth inning of the Rangers' 7-0 win over the Astros. She was met by fans, lot of them, leaving the stadium.
Running into MMP in ninth inning of a perfect game was interesting. There were at least 20 fans exiting ballpark.— Alyson Footer (@alysonfooter) April 3, 2013
I guess history isn't all it's cracked up to be, especially when there's traffic to beat.
