The Astros are sending down Paul Clemens to Triple-A to make room for Wednesday starter Brad Peacock.

Houston had earlier announced that Peacock would be making the start for the big club on Wednesday. The righthander rejoins the rotation with Jarred Cosart traded to the Marlins.

Clemens struck out two with a walk in one inning on Saturday in his lone appearance in his most recent call-up to Houston. Overall this season, Clemens has a 5.84 ERA in 13 games, all in relief, for the Astros and a 3.57 ERA in 11 games, including five starts, for Triple-A Oklahoma City.
