Once again, Astros manager Bo Porter is shaking things up with the starting lineup.

Notable changes include Jose Altuve as the DH with Marwin Gonzalez taking his spot at second base and J.D. Martinez getting the start in right field.

"Gonzalez has played well," Porter said. "We had a night game and a day game tomorrow and I was going to pick one of those days anyway, so today just made more sense to give Altuve a chance to DH."

Opening Day starter, right-handed pitcher Bud Norris, will get his second start of the season when Houston faces the Oakland Athletics in the second game of their three-game weekend series. Game time is set for 6:05 p.m.

Astros' lineup:

1. Jose Altuve, DH
2. Ronny Cedeno, SS
3. Chris Carter, LF
4. Carlos Pena, 1B
5. Justin Maxwell, CF

6. Jason Castro, C
7. J.D. Martinez, RF
8. Matt Dominguez, 3B

9. Marwin Gonzalez, 2B

A’s lineup:

5. Seth Smith, DH
6. Brandon Moss, 1B

Starting pitcher: RHP Bartolo Colon

Colon was reinstated on Saturday after serving a 50-game suspension that began on Aug. 22, 2012. He tested positive for Testosterone, a performance-enhancing substance that violates MLB’s drug policy. To make room for Colon, RHP Dan Straily, who was the winning pitcher Friday night versus the Astros, was optioned to Triple-A Sacramento.
