CSNHouston has confirmed that Rockets forward Chandler Parsons has a right shoulder strain and is day-to-day.

An MRI confirmed the strain in his right shoulder.

Parsons missed the Rockets' loss to the Thunder in Oklahoma City on Tuesday night.

Parsons, in his second season, is averaging 15.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game this season.

The Rockets play the Jazz on Saturday night at 7 p.m. at the Toyota Center.
