Lin still unsure about Game 3 status
The Rockets won't know until game time about whether or not they'll have the services of both Jeremy Lin and Greg Smith.
Neither were able to take part in gameday shootaround, although Lin said he was able to take two or three shots.
"I'm feeling better," Lin said. "We'll see at game time. In going to warm up (pregame) and see how it feels."
Lin suffered a bruised right chest muscle Wednesday late in the first half of Game 2. He was not able to return for the second half and was not able to practice on Friday.
As far as how he felt while he shot the few Saturday shootaround shots that he did, Lin's not really sure that's a good gauge.
"It's just not really indicative of what it's going to be like game speed," Lin said. "But it feels a lot better, for sure."
Lin added he was definitely hopeful he could play.
As for Smith, the Rockets list the big man as having stomach distress. Kevin McHale said after shootaround that Smith's been throwing up.
