Lin talks injury, good game
Jeremy Lin wasn't just setting a fashion trend when he wore a sleeve on his right arm.
He was getting treatment on the arm.
"I woke up (Friday) morning and I couldn't grip anything," Lin said. "It was like some muscle in my forearm. It was really weird. It hurt last game (Wednesday against the Kings), but it didn't hurt as bad. Just today, it was really bothering me. (The trainers) did some crazy stuff (on me) and it worked really well. And then I put this compression (sleeve) on there just to keep it warm and keep it compressed and it felt way better. Nothing major, but (Rockets assistant trainer) Jason Biles did a great job."
Whatever Biles did, it worked. The injury didn't appear to hinder Lin on the way to him scoring 22 points on 8-13 shooting to go along with eight assists, four rebounds, two steals, and a Rockets dominant 116-98 victory over the Blazers.
