Rockets guard Jeremy Lin is out two weeks with a grade-1 knee sprain and contusion. He banged knees with Atlanta's Paul Millsap during the first quarter of Wednesday night's game with the Hawks.

He left the game at the 4:09 mark of the opening quarter and did not return.

Lin had started the last three games for Rockets guard James Harden, who is dealing with a sore right foot.

Lin is averaging 15.3 points per game this season.

Harden said his sore right foot is continuing to get better. He said he'd go through his pre-game routine to see if he could play tonight. That's a similar routine he's gone through on game day over the last few games, despite missing the last three games.

He said he did participate in shoot around.
