Lin OK after Tuesday ankle injury (Chinese)
In the latest Chinese Rockets Report, Jeremy Lin's injury during Tuesday practice is discussed. Don't worry, Lin fans, he says he's just fine.
Lin rolled his ankle towards the end of Tuesday's practice session while working on a drill. He walked off under his own power, got treatment, and says he should be ready to play Wednesday against the Wizards.
This comes a day after Lin exploded for a career-high tying 38 points against the Spurs, albeit in defeat. Lin also had seven assists, two steals, two blocks, and four three's. He scored 18 points in a 5 1/2 minute span from late in the third quarter to the beginning of the fourth.
As for James Harden, he came back to Rockets practice on Tuesday. Harden said he still feels some pain, is easing his way back, but he felt pretty good. Kevin McHale also said Harden looked pretty good.
So, fans will see on Wednesday as Lin and Harden continue to try to build their on-court chemistry to fully utilize their on-court strengths together for the Rockets' benefit.
