Lin hurt, Harden back at Rockets practice
As the Rockets have one player, James Harden, recovering from an injured right ankle, his backcourt mate, Jeremy Lin, is now recovering from injuring his left ankle.
Towards the end of practice, as Lin was working on a drill, he rolled his ankle. He was able to walk off the court on his own and got treatment afterwards.
Thankfully, the injury doesn't sound serious.
Lin told Comcast Sportsnet, "Yeah, I'm fine, I'm fine. I'll be ready to go tomorrow (Wednesday against the Wizards)."
Lin, of course, is coming off his best game as a Rocket. With Harden sidelined, Lin scored a career-high tying 38 points to go along with seven assists. That big game came after he scored just 40 points in his previous five games combined. Lin led the Rockets but couldn't get a shot off in the waning seconds of regulation and the Rockets lost to the Spurs in overtime. Lin played 42 minutes in the loss, his highest total of the season
