Lin hurt, Harden back at Rockets practice
For the first time since spraining his ankle on Saturday, James Harden was able to go through practice with the Rockets.
Kevin McHale said Harden "looked pretty good."
"He did most things today, yes," McHale said. "He looked good to me. He's shooting now afterwards. We'll see how he feels tomorrow, but he looked good and moved well."
"It felt good," Harden said. "I'm just trying to bring some energy at practice. We're kind of going through a tough stretch right now, some tough games. I'm just trying to bring back some energy, bring some swag back on the court.
"I've been icing it as much as possible, getting a lot of treatment," he went on. "Just taking it slow. I don't want to rush anything because I don't want it to linger on throughout the season, so I want to make sure I'm healthy and fully recovered."
Harden did admit still feeling some pain. It's because of that pain that he says he's not yet going full-bore at practice, that he's easing his way back to his comfort level.
Harden hurt his ankle when he was fouled driving to the hoop Saturday against the Mavericks.
While Harden was back at practice, Jeremy Lin -- coming off his best game as a Rocket -- turned his ankle on Tuesday.
