Highlights: Rockets take down Jazz

Chandler Parsons' and Carlos Delfino's return to the Rockets' lineup was a triumphant one as Houston defeated Utah 124-116. All five starters scored in double figures led by Patrick Patterson with 20 points.

Very strong game for Parsons. He was not afraid to dive on the floor for loose balls or to get punished driving it into the lane.
Turning point
Tied late in the game, the Rockets offense just could not be stopped. Omer Asik, in his case, was too large to be stopped. As he was fouled late, he not only hit the shot, but he also hit his foul shot. The Jazz seemed deflated the rest of the way, while the Rockets kept making shots. Parsons put the icing on the cake with a late trey.

From the field
The Rockets actually started out hitting 18 of their first 25 attempts from the field. They couldn't quite keep up that 72 percent rate, but they did finish 46-for83 for 55.4 percent. From distance, they shot 50 percent.
At the line
The Rockets progressively got better as the game went on, finishing at 21-for-26 for a 80.8-percent rate.
Highlight reel
James Harden stole the ball and absolutely posterized Gordon Hayward in the second quarter. Jeremy Lin had a nice coast-to-coast lay-up in the first half. Greg Smith had liftoff, cutting through the lane for a power jam, in the second half.
Up next
The Lake show comes to Houston on Tuesday night. The Lakers had their way when the Rockets visited them at the Staples Center on November 18 when Houston lost 119-108.
