Regional Rivalries Highlighted on Exclusive Seven-Game Slate
HOUSTON ---Comcast SportsNet Houston, a partnership between the Houston Astros, Houston Rockets and the NBC Sports Group, today announced the network’s seven-game slate of exclusive Southland Conference men’s basketball games.
Comcast SportsNet Houston will serve as the region’s official network for the seven-game schedule, and will produce and air each game live on the network’s primary feed. Brett Dolan, Tom Dore, Dave Raymond, and David Saltzman will handle play-by-play duties. Color commentators include Perry Clark, Tony Harvey, Tom Penders, and Lemont Williams.
The schedule tips off on Nov. 25 when Houston visits Texas A&M Corpus Christi. The Islanders also make an appearance on Dec. 21 when they host UTSA. Lamar University makes two appearances, including the Jan. 3 road game at Stephen F. Austin. A pair of Sam Houston State home games is scheduled, including the Jan. 29 contest against Houston Baptist. Central Arkansas, McNeese State, and Northwestern State are also included on the schedule.
Comcast SportsNet Houston is available in both standard and high definition to all local cable, satellite and telco TV providers and today is carried by:
